The staff has been very courteous and helpful. The building is very clean and the hot breakfast was perfect to start our day. It is close to places for shopping but isn't in downtown Phoenix(which for us is perfectly ideal). My wife stayed here a few years ago and loved it then and says it is the same great service this time as it was the last time she was here. Definitely going on list of top places to stay in the Phoenix area

Rooms were great and the front desk staff was incredible. The reason I give 2 stars is because of breakfast. I don't know what what happened between Friday morning and Saturday morning but it was like day and night. Friday everything was delicious and had a variety of choices. Saturday the breakfast was not edible. The eggs looked like cardboard and the sausage looked like rocks. Also a big negative the lady serving on Saturday stunk like a cigarette. I would recommend the hotel itself but go to McDonald's for breakfast

This place is definitely the best hotel to stay at while you're in the Gilbert/Phoenix area. It offers elegance, comfort and great customer service. Their morning breakfast is just absolutely great and they also offer happy hour every day which makes this place even better. My next trip to Gilbert AZ will definitely have me stay there again.

My friend and I arrived late after driving all day and we didn't have a reservation. Matt at the front desk provided great service and made sure to accommodate all of our requests to make sure we got a room that fit our needs. We will definitely be staying here on the way back also. Breakfast is also great and well worth it.

Cannot believe they charged $35 for an early check in. Usually a hotel charges $10. And especially when a family member had to have surgery and the remaining family didn’t have anywhere to go.Kind of greedy. Nothing like taking full advantage of a family in need.

I stayed here three nights, and not once did they come by to clean. There was no microwave in the room. They put me in a handicapped room and I’m not sure if that’s all they had available but it was too big for just me. I used the shower and it was fine until I used it the next day and when I stepped in the shower faucet shot across the tub and hit my shin and landed on my foot. The water was coming straight out of the pipe, and then when I grabbed the hand rail it was loose and the cover came off one of the sides… they need to update/regular inspect their outdated rooms. It’s a nice location with lots around, and fast front desk service, but the hotel room itself could use some major improvements.

The rooms were lovely. The housekeeping was terrible and we had to wait until after 3:00 p.m. for our rooms at checked in. Also they only clean the rooms every other day unless you requested it to be cleaned every day. They never told us to give us that choice so we could only get the room cleaned 3 times during our 5-day stay. Plus they gave us rooms on the 5th floor and the 2nd room on the 1st floor even though the reservations for both rooms were made at the same time. Also the pool was under construction so no access to the pool. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was delicious and changed every day. The location was also perfect and in the middle of everything. And finally, the shower was an absolute dream with five different shower settings. I loved it. All in all it was a good stay despite the inconveniences.

It was an ok place to hang out heads for the night because of the location, but the hot water ran out, cold shower, the water in the bathroom smelt of sewage. The room was spacious, bed was ok but the pillows were deflated and uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok, ran out of a lot but appreciated the availability of free breakfast.
